We established Esencia after many years of professional experience. Each one of us has experience in his own field.
I am Tal Ziman, and have been an events designer for the past decade. I do not sit back contented for even a moment based on the wealth and happiness that working in the field provides me. In the past, I was an events photographer, and even then, I fell in love with design, through the lens of the camera. Before establishing this company, I was a designer and flower arranger. That is when I first experienced my great love for beauty, harmony, exciting visual colors, the combination of materials, and the wonderful results of combining elements of different textures and types. The love and talent that I discovered led me towards event design. I began my professional life as an events planner working in a leading firm in the field. I designed all types of events: private, commercial and luxury events, along with retail launches and media events. Those years of work allowed me to become familiar with the events industry in general, and specifically, the field of design. Perhaps most importantly: I achieved the holistic viewpoint of space and area in fantasy and imagination, and the ability to fulfill fantasies.
My “quality time” is dedicated to lectures that I give in design courses (at Tadmor, the Open University, and other places).
I draw my inspiration from the world in front of me: a beautiful picture that ignites my imagination, the view from the window of my car, special textures that I encounter the vivid imaginations of my clients when they share their dreams. Emotions are also an excellent trigger for creative stimulation, and that is something that we have aplenty among the Esencia staff.
And I am Erez Ziman (yes, yes, her husband), the analytical side of the staff. In the past I worked as a computer engineer, earning a masters’ degree in business administration. I worked in hi-tech for many years, and acted as the software development team leader at a large internet company. I worked in business development in a variety of industries. Design has always been one of my hobbies, and meeting Tal led me towards the understanding that together we could make this hobby into a serious business, sharing our abilities and creativity with others. I am in charge of the administrative and logistical end of the business. My job is to take care of you - to make sure that the entire process of translating your vision into reality takes place in the best possible manner, leading to a successful event.
Allow us to tell you that the entire Esencia staff operates as a family. We get up every morning repeating the motto “Never fear something new”. This is how we manage to create surprises, again and again. We are all oriented towards one single goal, which never wanes throughout the entire work process - designing the perfect event, just as you want and need it to be!
