The way we look at the world connects between design and personality. Our basic guiding assumption connects between designing your event venue - whether private or commercial - and your own character and personality. Design of the space is a reflection of you, the feeling that you want to provide all of your guests.

Our name - Esencia- comes from Spanish, and means essence. The name expresses our desire to design - "the essence of design".

The essence of design touches on each and every detail within the space at which an event takes place. Our need for leaving a personal mark, along with the need to transmit both conscious and unconscious messages, find significant expression at our events.

We at Esencia believe in the "art of translation" - turning your message or character into items and accessories, textures and materials, colors and styles. We believe in creating an atmosphere that suits both your wishes and your needs. These are not always one and the same.

This is what is special about the abilities of the Esencia staff - finding the middle path - being creative, innovative and original, providing smart design solutions, making design into a feature of action, and not only the action itself. We combine a broad variety of elements that are closely interconnected, to create holistic harmony at your event.

The action process takes place together. First we get to know you: what your fantasy is, what you like, what atmosphere you want at your event, and what you want your guests to feel when they enter the venue. We will ask you about events that left a positive impression on you, and will even find out what you do not want to see at your event.

Afterwards, we will get to know your practical needs: where the event will be taking place, how many guests will be invited and what they are like, your budget, and the necessary logistics.

In the next stage, the Esencia staff meets for a particularly creative brainstorming session, at the end of which we will be able to present you with our proposal for designing the event. Planning and design include materials, scenery, and creating atmosphere by use of lighting, decorations, centerpieces, seating area, and drinking areas - no detail remains untouched. We address every single spot of the venue, beginning with the entrance, including the wedding canopy, and sometimes even the washrooms.

Next, we will be able to offer you a presentation - possibly three dimensional (3D) - of the event venue, as it will look after we have decorated it.

After we have pleasantly surprised you and you have approved our proposal, you can sit back and relax, while we begin to work.

The Esencia staff will accompany you through each and every step, until the conclusion of your event, actually, until our next meeting. Our biggest source of pride is that our clients invite us to design their next event… whether it is the circumcision of their son, or decorating their stall at a business exhibition…
